Westfall_Betty

Betty Westfall, MN, ARNP

Betty earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Washington and is certified as an adult registered nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin. Betty is on the clinical staff at the University of Washington and was recently recognized as Provider of the Year by CarePartners Living of Washington and Nurse Practitioner of the Year by Home Care Association of Washington.

Marilyn Borromeo-Wesner, MN, ARNP

Marilyn earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Seattle Pacific University and is certified as an adult and gerontological nurse practitioner. She has over 20 years of work experience in caring for the older population in our community. As a sub-investigator on various clinical trials, Marilyn has a special commitment to treating patients with disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, Essential Tremor, and Restless Leg Syndrome.

Lori Nichols, LPN, MN, ARBN

Lori has been a licensed practical nurse for 20 years. She enjoys working with the older population and has extensive experience in the assisted living, adult family and retirement home settings. Lori lives in Lake Stevens with her husband, two daughters, and her beloved four-legged friends and enjoys gardening and watching her girls play soccer and basketball.

Kathy Church, BSN

Kathy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at Seattle Pacific University. She spent her first 13 years of her nursing career at University of Washington Medical Center. Kathy is thrilled to be part of a team passionate about quality care for frail elders. A Northwest native, she feels blessed to live, work, and play in a beautiful region. In her free time, Kathy enjoys playing handbells in her church choir.

   
Karla Ballew

Karla Ballew, MSN, ARNP, AGNP-C

Karla earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Seattle University and is board certified as an adult and gerontological advanced registered nurse practitioner. She is a member of the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association and was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Karla is an avid learner and has a passion for providing quality care for the frail and vulnerable populations. Her commitment in providing her patients with evidence-based practice care was the reason for her desire to complete her terminal degree as a Doctor of Nursing Practice. Karla has a special commitment to treating patients with Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, hypertension, post-cerebrovascular accident management, and palliative care.
