How do I make an appointment if my child is sick?

If your child is sick, we can typically get him or her in to see a doctor the same day you call. or by the next morning. When you make your appointment, please give us detailed information, so we can give you the appropriate time with the provider.

What do I need to bring to the first appointment?

If your child is new to our practice, please bring immunization records, reports from specialists and medical charts. If you need help requesting these records, please call us for assistance.

Also, please bring:

  • Insurance cards
  • Co-payment (if required by your insurance plan)
  • List of Medication and Dosages
  • Clean diapers

How should I prepare for a well-child visit?

It is helpful if you prepare a list of questions or concerns you would like to address with your provider. At each visit, we will cover age-appropriate education, safety issues and guidance as standardized by the American Academy of Pediatrics. In addition, we welcome your questions. Please make your appointment well in advance, so we can give you the best time that fits your schedule.

How can I get a Prescription Refilled?

For prescription refills for most drugs please call your pharmacy where the medication was filled; they will contact us, if needed. For any ADHD medications, please contact our office seven days in advance. Once the prescription is written, we will contact your pharmacy.
