Trauma and Injury Treatment

Our neurosurgeons received their training at large, urban medical centers, so their experience with head and spine trauma is extensive.

With one of our neurosurgeons on call 24 hours a day and seven days a week, we are prepared to locally address a vast array of injuries and trauma cases, including open-skull injuries, intracranial hemorrhage, subdural hematomas, concussions and spine fractures. In collaboration with emergency response personnel, the emergency room physician and nursing staff, and the exceptional operating room facilities at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, we are well positioned to respond to any brain or spine trauma in our community.

In addition to caring for our neighbors, we also feel a strong commitment to educating those we serve. We make presentations at local community forums and special events about protecting your brain by wearing bike and motorcycle helmets, the risk of diving into shallow water and the use of seat belts.
