How do I make an appointment if my child is sick?

We offer same-day appointments in most cases if your child is ill. Please call in the morning, if possible, so we have an opportunity to get you into the day’s schedule.

What do I need to bring to the first appointment?

If your child is new to our practice, please bring immunization records, reports from specialists and medical charts. If you need help requesting records be sent to our office, please feel free to call for information.

Also, please bring:

  • Insurance cards
  • Co-payment (if required by your insurance plan)
  • List of Medication and Dosages
  • Clean diapers

How should I prepare for a well-child visit?

It is helpful if you prepare a list of questions or concerns you would like to address with your provider. At each visit, we will cover age-appropriate education, safety issues and guidance as standardized by the American Academy of Pediatrics. In addition, we welcome your questions.

How can I get a Prescription Refilled?

For prescription refills for most drugs please call your pharmacy where the medication was filled; they will contact us, if needed. For any class II drugs such as Adderall, Ritalin, Medadate, etc. please contact our office seven days in advance. These prescriptions must also be picked up at our main office on Vercler Road.
