Donor Recognition

Recognition Opportunities

We are grateful to all of our donors and friends who support terminally ill patients and their families.

Your commitment is vital to ensuring that all children and adults in our community receive end-of-life care, regardless of their ability to pay.

One way we show our gratitude is though our Donor Circles.

Hospice Caring Circle

You can become a member of this annual giving circle through a one-time or annual gift of $250-499.

Among the benefits are:

  1. Periodic and timely updates on Providence Hospice of Seattle's programs and the impact of your support
  2. Invitation to our annual Donor Recognition Event reception held each spring
  3. An open invitation to call us and discuss your interests and answer your questions about our mission, programs and vision for the future

Hospice Leadership Circle

You can become a member of this annual giving circle through a one-time or annual gift of $500 or more.

Among the benefits are:

  1. Periodic and timely updates on Providence Hospice of Seattle's programs and the impact of your support
  2. Invitation to our annual Donor Recognition Event reception held each spring
  3. An open invitation to call us and discuss your interests and answer your questions about our mission, programs and vision for the future
  4. Your name on our Leadership Circle plaque that is displayed throughout the year in our reception area

Benefactor Circle

You are invited to become a member of the Benefactor Circle when your lifetime giving is $10,000 or more. ($25,000 or more for foundations and corporations)

Along with the benefits listed above, your name will be listed permanently as a member on the Benefactor Circle wall.

Heritage Circle

If you have named Providence Hospice of Seattle Foundation in your will or estate plan, your are invited to become a member of the Heritage Circle. Learn more
