Health Care Decision Making: Exploring the Conversation through Art and Life Experience

June 10 | 9 a.m.-noon | Pigott Chapel, 3rd Floor
Part of our Community Speaker Series with Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish: Living Well, Dying Well.
One of the greatest stresses in a family, no matter one’s age, is having to guess what a loved one would want—if this hasn’t been discussed in advance. Give your family the wonderful gift of planning ahead for your personal health care wishes.

Join us, as our featured speaker, Jen Kulik, PhD facilitates through drama how challenging, insightful and even humorous conversations to clarify health care wishes can be, between spouses, parents and siblings. Participants will also receive a copy of Five Wishes, a practical tool and resource to guide you through your own family conversations.

All are Welcome! Coffee and refreshments will be served. A $5 donation is suggested.
