Designated Gifts

Providence employees may designate their gift to Providence St. Peter Foundation (Olympia), Providence Health Care Foundation (Centralia), as well as any local or qualified 501(C) 3 agency through the United Way organizations of Thurston or Lewis County.

Examples of directing your contribution to a number of Providence Funds include:

Greatest Need Fund: (Unrestricted Gifts)

All Providence ministries depend on charitable gifts given through the Greatest Need Fund. The Greatest Need Fund enables the Providence Foundations to respond to a variety of local Providence needs at the discretion of the Foundation Boards through grant cycles and other ways.

Restricted Gift Funds

Gifts can be designated to benefit specialized areas that help improve patient care services, support staff education, help purchase new equipment, and build community outreach programs. Here is a sample of program areas you can choose to support.
