Hospice Tree

hospice treeThe holiday season is a time to celebrate with loved ones and honor memories of those gone before. As the traditional season of giving and remembrance approaches, please renew your support or become a new supporter for hospice services in our community.

The hospice mission is to provide compassionate care to terminally ill people and their loved ones to ensure that each individual dies with dignity, without pain, and in a supportive environment.

By making a gift to hospice, you are impacting health care needs right here in our community. Your gift to hospice during the holiday season will illuminate a special hospice tree which will be on display at the Providence Christmas Forest in Olympia, from November 30 through December 4, and later in the lobby at St. Peter Hospital throughout the holiday season.

Gifts received by Tuesday, November 22 will ensure your loved one’s name is included in the honor roll next to this special tree.

  • New this year - if you make a gift by December 15 you can write a note (up to 12 words) in memory/honor of your loved one, and that note will be placed on the hospice tree (but will not be on the honor roll next to the tree as that has already been printed and placed next to the tree).

To include your special note with your gift, please select the Hospice Care fund after choosing one of the online giving links below. An option to add your special note will appear at the bottom of the online giving form after you've selected the Hospice Care fund.

Make your gift online!

Please choose where you would like your gift directed - both Foundations support Providence SoundHomeCare and Hospice. Thank you for your support during this special season of remembrance.
