People diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease often experience debilitating tremors. Fortunately, a procedure called Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS), performed at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center, can provide people with Parkinson’s a new lease on life.
Learn more about this procedure from Jonathan D. Carlson, MD, PhD; Inland Neuro and Spine Associates. Dr. Carlson is a stereotactic trained functional neurosurgeon with a medical degree from Loma Linda University, and a PhD in Physiology.
