Free Training Program
Our free, 10-week gradual training program led by cardiac and rehabilitation experts begins May 16 and runs every Tuesday evening, 6-7 p.m. through July 18 (click here for a complete list of training session dates) at the Walla Walla High School track (this is not a Walla Walla Public Schools sanctioned or sponsored event/activity). You may join in at any point, whether you attended the Heart to Start community presentation or just plan on attending the training sessions. Each training includes a short talk, warm-up, and gently-increasing intervals of activity.
