Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

I have a need for more than standard care. When I first saw Dr. Albrecht, she summed to know about my condition but suggested I seek out care through a possum clinic. I have but they won't take over my care--they are only a guide. I followed up with Dr. Albrecht to do more. She began the visit by saying I have "emailed her note than any other patient." She took a lot of time with me to go over a treatment plan I had shared with her but essentially said she will not order most of the tests because they are expensive, because she doesn't have a good justification for insurance, because she wasn't sure how they were relevant, or because she wasn't sure what to do with an abnormal result. She came across very dismissive of the info I brought her, fearful of insurers, and strangely confused by the medical process -- if a result is abnormal but outside your skillset, refer out! She is a great person and a good general gyn, but given her teluctance to be my partner in treatment for anything beyond a pap smear, I can't refer her to others. I have been advised to replace her with a better, more experienced advocate who knows more, is willing to explore options and doesn't mind if I communicate more than others. [...]

I was so impressed with this doctor's body of knowledge and her easy manner.

Language that would have been appropriate to anyone was not to me because of my [...] experience that I was seeking treatment for. Once informed, she changed her language straight away.

Absolutely love Dr. Albrecht!

Office was to mychart after care instructions that day, I had to email the following day to request aftercare instructions and then they were promptly sent.

I had a trauma history and the Provider really helped me feel comfortable and less afraid. Coming to the doctors can be terrifying but I'm not as scared to see her now.

Dr. Jasmine Albrecht is an excellent Gynecologist, I just loved her!

redommended her to my daughter

abrupt and refused to take the time to explain my issue which I had to point out to her was written in my ultrasound report. condescending and dismissive.

dr Albrecht was very thorough and spent a good amount of time with me. being my first visit to her, that was reassuring. she also questioned the need for a particular medication I was taking and advised she would follow up with my PCp about it. I really liked and respected her, am very comfortable with my choice to see her for my gynecological needs.

Since this was my first visit with the care provider, she did take an adequate amount of time to answer my questions. My concern was that I was having abnormal bleeding […]. She expressed concern that this was definitely not normal but wavered on doing an ultrasound […]. When I asked her why she wouldn't do the ultrasound she indicated that it was expensive and would most likely result in a biopsy. I had a biopsy once before […]. She told me that we would just hold off and if I started bleeding again […] that we would decide what to do then. I don't know if I feel comfortable going back to her. I was also surprised that while she did want to see the results of my latest pap smear, she had no interest in obtaining any of my other records including the biopsy that was done […].

Very informative spent more time with me on my 1st visit (to this provider) than expected.

She's absolutely excellent and very wonderful. I was very VERY ill [...]. If there was no Dr. Jasmine, I WOULD HAVE NOT LIVED SHE SAVED MY LIFE. Dr. Jasmine is a diamond!

Dr Nalty and CMA [...] are absolutely wonderful and always show great personal interest, care and concern with my infant

My provider is a wonderful, she cares me alot, she is very friendly. She spend time with me an explain things to my understanding. She will be my provider forever.

For a couple of years I have been expressing my concerns and needs to Dr. A and she seems to have her own agenda. I do NOT want to take hormones and have made that very clear yet she continues to push it. She also seems to not read the chart before she sees me as I have to inform her of my history every, single time. The only reason I am not switching (at this point) is because she has already done one surgery on me and various other procedures. [...]
