Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

I have been receiving care in Spokane for 33 years for heart. This is only place I will go even though it is 150 miles from home.

I came to see Dr. Batkoff as a referral from one of my close personal friends who has experienced excellent care by the doctor. And since I have now had excellent care also, I will continue to see the doctor in the future.

I was pleased to find out what I thought was going on with my [...] stents. [...]. Arterial ultrasound proved what I was suspecting and was worse than expected.
