Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments.

My good experience is that there is always hope if you follow doctors orders. I am living proof of that. I got a second chance in life.

He is a great care provider - not your run of the mill conveyor-belt provider. He listens, he explains, he is thorough.

I was double booked with another patient for this appointment time. I was there from 12:40 p.m. to 2:10 p.m. and only saw the doc for 10 mins. That is unfair to to me and my ride. Please do not double book appointments.

[...] It did take three months to get an appointment. I would recommend anyone with a hepatopathy to see this care provider.

it took 0ver 2 months to get in, but then new appoints took only a few days to come back . seems a lot of openings ,I don't know why it took so long with the first referral? but excellent care after that.

Since this was my first visit with Dr. Delich I have nothing to compare to. I was referred to him by my local surgeon [...] for follow up on a liver issue [...] found during [...] surgery. I like Dr. Delich and he was very easy to talk to and was very well informed as to my situation. I'm told I'll be seeing him every 6 months - I was impressed with his knowledge and his ability to listen to what I said - rather than preaching all he thought I should be doing and should know like some doctors.
