This was my first visit with Dr. kadyrova and I was very impressed. I am a healthcare worker myself so I am very critical about the level of care provided. I brought several complicated issues to her and she responded to every one and did not make me feel rushed at all!! my providers at this office keep ditching me, I hope this one sticks around!

Referral was not handled correctly and when I questioned it I was not listened to. Took several months to get the correct referral. Then when I went to the specialist, the doc had not sent the exact procedure needed. Same thing happened when I was referred to the Hosp for an xray. waited 2 hours and they finally told me the doc had not instructed which views were needed.

Dr. Kay was very understanding, helpful and informative of my health issue. She took the time to get advice from other colleagues and referred me to a specialist that can help me even more. Dr. Kay also called me back right away when I left a message of my symptoms not getting any better. She immediately extended the prescription.

can never get a same day appointment, referrals to specialty care takes an inordinate amount of time, and is complicated, no follow up.

She's awesome! I actually only had a visit with her once and decided to switch to her instead of my original doctor. She is now my main doctor. She is super helpful and makes sure i understand what she is talking about so I am able to make the right decisions for me.

I had an appointment for [...], but [...] I had to reschedule. the first available appointment was [...], but I asked if they had any cancellations prior that I work in the same buidling as them and if they had an appointment open up that I could most likely take it. the provider remember that so i was able to get in 2 weeks earlier! it was great that she remembered and that her MA tracked me down!

I was referred to a specialist in centralia to see if surgery was an option or if a device would be a better option. he said I would have to be seen in Olympia. so I end up paying for 3 visits to get answers. still waiting for the Olympia clinic to call back

After a disquieting mri, i was given clear & sufficient information, but only after i followed up with questions prompted by my own research on the internet. i'm not sure why, but since i'm proactive to the nth degree, it's not really a problem. overall, i'm really satisfied with the level of care i get from my doctor @ the clinic.

dr k is now my doctor after dr [...] left. I can see that dr k is trying to improve her bedside manner... I have talked with other patients transfered to her who saw her before me...she seems to be trying. even using some of dr [...]'s sayings.

felt as though she didn't want to prescribe medication. She gave me some medication for a sinus infection and it has still not gone away.

didnt recommend a medication due to a negative harvard study. the harvard study she mentioned only negatively effected patients who were age 65 and older. im 31 years old, not over 65.

It was only my first visit as I had been with [...] previously in another job. They did not have my medical records, but that was not their fault as I had recently married and had a name change. The provider was very pleasant as were her staff. I did leave there a little confused about some preventative tests that needed to be scheduled so I emailed after my appt was over and received the response within 24 hours. It is hard to fairly assess my opinion as it was only my very first visit.

I don't feel like my dr. acknowledged how my emotional response is impacting my healthcare even when I described how I have been doing in the past year since my last visit. It was very disappointing.

I have three separate rashes on my body, waited for 2 months to see this doctor, and she didn't ask me any questions relating to my conditions. She made me feel bad for not getting vaccinations. She told me everything might be eczema and prescribed me anti itch pills and cream. It all took about ten minutes. She didn't care what so ever. Then she just walked out of the room, I didn't even know we were done so I got lost getting back to the waiting room. Bad doctor. No manners or respect for the patient.

I was forced to change providers as mine left the office. [...] I went for my annual physical and needed my scripts renewed. The new MD informed me that I could either have a physical or have me meds reviewed - but not both. [...] The MD argued with me. [...] She then told me that my colonoscopy would be done in 5 years. I am a colon cancer survivor. I am very aware of my medical history and needs. She refused to listen. She directed my care without my input. [...] I will be looking for a new primary physician, one that actually reviews my health record, takes time to learn about me -the patient- and partners with me for my care. [...]

Dr K made my daughter feel awful during her visit. instead of being sensitive to my daughter she made her feel like she was lying and almost accusatory that she was pregnant and not sick. She is back to Dr [...] who is working on finding out why she's sick.

She gave me medicine that was going to affect the other medicine I amon. pharmacy called her & she sent over another one that affects my medicine I am on. then she sent over medicine that my insurance can not fill until the 20oh ofhe month. so, I am not on any new medicine from her. She did not understand my needs.

It was an ok visit....The visit in [...] 2015, it was different. The phone care staff was rude, made me cry, and yelled at me..being that much in pain and treated bad, it was not good. I am thinking of going back to [...] Health. [...] I was not told that my imaging was not covered...so I have been making payments monthly,,Had I known, I would not have had the ultrasound...[...]

The doctor was very nice. I had never seen her before, but I also wanted to mention her nurse or PA that helped out. She was very friendly as well.
