I was code 3 when I went to the ER. Dr. Li was the doctor on call for my regular cardiologist and he took care of me immediately and efficently.

Dr Li checked my arteries so quickly like less than a second on each area. I am baffled how he could even hear anything in that amount of time. I was not sure if he had my records or not because after waiting for more than a month to see a Dr it is hard to remember all of the things you spoke with your referring physician about previously. I can't always remember and rely on medical records to help pass along the information from previous visits.

The reason for excessive wait time was the doctor was involved with a previous patients complications. He explained this clearly. My concern was that a staff member SHOULD have informed me of the problem for delay.

Dr. Li was very encouraging. I had lost over 60 pounds since my last visit and he was very interested to know how I had done it. He was very happy with the progress that I am making and even told me that if I continued on there might come a time when I could get off of my heart meds altogether

receptionists at the front counter are cold, and seemingly unconcerned about how they are perceived. one or two of them can be extremely officious and seemingly not interested in making the check in process a pleasant one.

Although not directly related to my care provider, my experience of moving to WA from IL and obtaining the needed care of certain specialists was frustrating to say the least. Once I received the needed referrals my experience with them has been excellent.

Dr. Li has been my cardiologist for going on 5 yrs. now and I will keep as long as he is in practice. He has always been straight forward with me and very courteous. Yes, I do recommend him to anyone that needs a heart specialist. Plus I love his Centralia staff.

When the second pacemaker failed within n hour of surgery, Dr. Li, quickly took me back to surgery, and installed the 3rd pacemaker. The first pacemaker was removed after 24 days, due to infection. His first in over 10 years of surgically implanting them. [...]

Dr Li made me very comfortable and was very informative as to the tests that needed to be done for my heart health. over the past year I have been bounced amongst Doctors where I was before, plus moving cross state has made it so I was looking for a new Doc. Dr. Li is very nice and has a staff that helped me settle in here and I feel very at ease asking questions and going in for testing.

Never saw the doctor after Afib correction...most nurses, etc. were dismissed for the day...no patients except for me were left...one person left didn't seem to know much about getting my doctor to me. Very disconcerting...had someone waiting to take me home, so I left without finding out about what medicines to continue, etc.

This was a follow-up visit - totally unnecessary except to tell me he wanted an ultrasound - could have been settled on phone and it would have saved me the trip.

The care I received at Providence from the doctors, nurses and others was great. Would recommend the hospital to others. The wait between the emergency room and getting a bed was awful.
