I strive to educate my patients about the issue that has brought them to see me and the potential treatment to develop and implement a plan of care. I'm committed to delivering the highest standard of treatment so that my patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident at every step along the way. This visit was fine - but a 2mon. wait for test, I called to get a different name to go to, never was called back. Happened two times. Finally got through to desk: there was not even a "gee I'm so sorry." So big question - is the physician have that attitude or just the front desk. I went elsewhere - out of the system. Is the dog waggin the tail or the tail wagging the dog. In person they are lovely.

When I called with questions the next day, he replied in 30mins, even though he wasn't at the clinic that day, and went over all my questions in detail for over 30 minutes on the phone. He's amazing!
