Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

Not happy with the response from his office on my surgical side effects(drop feet, numbness & hypersensitivity in both legs and could not walk and am still having to have braces made and use a walker) They were only interested in my surgical wound healing up. They, after many calls have finally caught on that I need them to get help for me to solve these disabilities.

Dr. Manhas performed surgery on my back. He checked in with me before and after surgery when i was in my room. He answered all my questions and i had a good outcome. I totally trust him and would recommend him to any one needing back surgery.

Very impressed with Dr. Manhas, also made me feel much more at ease with the proposed procedure. Follow-up'd with phone call to discuss further - confident that I am in good hands.

I am completely satisfied with EVERY aspect of the care I've received while at Providence and the Cranial, Spine, and Joint clinic. The receptionists, nurses assistant, and my surgeon Dr. Manhas are all very kind, helpful, and show great compassion for my health and condition. I would most definitely recommend this clinic to family and friends should they require spine surgery.
