Because I was new to the area, I attended an MS group to find a good reference for a physician - both the leader of the group & a member who helped her were seeing Dr. Pugh.

I am very happy with the people I have met during my visit. My only complaint is when I am trying to get a hold of someone in the office to ask a question. The answering machine says to leave a msg (but it doesn't say who I am leaving it for), which is fine, but sometimes I have had to wait a week or more for a call back. What is the easier way to get a response? E-mail, direct line, etc....

I am very pleased with Dr. Pughs care of me and he always addresses any of my concerns. There is always a quick return on phone calls or texts sent on MyChart. He's never in a hurry and always makes a point to make sure any questions or concerns are answered. I'm very pleased with Dr. Pughs care and concern and follow through on all my concerns. I would recommend Dr. Pugh to any person with MS or related problems. In my eyes Dr.Pugh is a 5 star doctor

It is very hard to get apointments made, it takes a day or more to get apt to see any providence Dr. this is something I would like to see changed.

We have never received such good, educational, caring, efficient, and professional care from a doctor. My husband and I are blessed to have found Dr. Pugh. My provider did not read the results of the MRI he had ordered prior to my visit. There was a problem, but he was not knowledgeable about that problem until after the visit.
