I had to drive down to your Cheales hospital, to get an MRI, because the Olympia facility could not do one until mid March. I was also advised by one of you RNs to go to the ER for my herniated disks. I had already done this once. From my perspective I am in a care system, I should not need to revert to an emergency care system, just to get care. A need to fall back to the ER system seems like a failure of my primary care system. [...]

I was told my secondary insurance didn't have an ID so I needed to get it in order for it to be processed/accepted at the front desk. it had a group number, but I was told that wasn't enough. I've been to other places where I've presented it and it was accepted for processing, so that was a bit disappointing customer service as I've never had a problem with it before.

We were a bit late for the appointment because of Moms health and slowness. The recsptionist was very kind and asked Rosemary if she could see us anyway. Mom was seen and Rosemary was very thorough, as there was recent hospitalization, home health PT orders to sign, labs to order,new meds to review, and future care. to discuss. She took the time to get all the correct new information and was very kind and helpful. We thank her for taking the time, (even though we were late). And we appreciate her expertise and conscienstiousness.

This last visit was the best visit with this provider that I have had so far. I was not satisfied with the first couple of visits I had with her because I felt that we did not understand each other. Now things seem to be better after we have gotten to know each other.

[...] Her P/E consisted of only listening to my heart, lung sounds and checking for any possible bruits. The physical was quite incomplete and this could be due to time constraints. The P/E was nothing like my previous experience with Rosemary. She was very through in 2013. I am a retired nurse and fortunately know when I need to seek out medical care. I am quite willing to continue care with Rosemary and hope that the level of exam was due to the miscommunication and time constraints for the appointment. If future P/E's are the same experience then I would seek out a different ARNP.

She is booked out about 3-4 weeks! I am glad you have immediate care with good providers for when I need an appointment now. I had shingles but R.Spyhalsky got me in a week after my immediate care visit for a follow up which I appreciated very much. In fact her aide called me to schedule it.

Following my cat scan some one called me to tell me to make appointment with the Doctor, however she left a message that was not worth wasting her time calling, she talked so low and fast I could not understand who she was, maybe taking a little time and speaking slowly and repeating her message would be appreciated when I called the main office, no one knew who had called me transferred me to a nurse station where I left a message....no one even called me back, finally I called back and found some one who was able to help me...that took 8 hours...left a very bad impression of the staff

I had to wait for one hour, dismissed after 15 min. and for the main problem that I was there I had to re-schedule - that's the second time I had to re-schedule.

I felt that the Dr. had not reviewed to any extent if not at all my medical history. This was our first meeting and based on waiting more than a half hour after our scheduled appointment time to see her I think she was over extended at least on that day. I would also like to make a negative comment concerning your policy on limiting discussion on only one medical problem per visit especially when interviewing the patient for the first time. I feel this policy was put in place to benefit only the business and not the patient [...]

I have been trying since [...] or so to get a referral for [...] so I can establish my ongoing care with my BPAP machine. I have been juggled and referred from one person to another. Each one calls with questions or comments. [...] In all fairness, I think this was all dumped in Rosemarys lap, because my Doctor left and this was the first time I met her. The emails I sent were answered by other Doctors and nothing was really done.

I wouldn't recommend this provider because during our initial visit I learned that we share different values about medical care and treatment options. [...] Although I value alternative medicine options, I also value pharmaceuticals. Rosemary was an excellent provider, did everything by the book [...]. However, she is NOT the provider for me.

[...] I was assigned to Rosemary. I had to wait a month for an appointment. At the start of the appointment, she brought up medication due to a refill order sent by my pharmacy. She then told me to schedule another appointment in a month, because she refused to discuss more than one health concern per appointment. I wasn't able to discuss or get care for the medical issue I made the appointment for. I have to wait for another appointment, take unpaid time off work, and pay another copay because she refused to discuss more than one issue. If she's my current care provider, I am seriously considering switching to another doctor's office.

I had to call 4 times to set up the appointment, and no one ever answered the phone, despite my calling during normal business hours, at varying times. In fact, I could not set up my appointment that day, and had to call again rhe next day. I was thinking of dropping this provider, but then the gal on the phone was very nice, and I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. […] I found Rosemary to be extraordinary. She was very attentive, and thorough. She listened to all I said, took me seriously, and looked into each concern. She did it all at record speed, yet I did not feel rushed. Her demeanor was also very pleasant, and I was satisfied with my visit [...]
