Personal Interests

I enjoy the outdoors by hiking, playing soccer, bike riding or jumping in a lake. I do my best to capture special moment with my camera and love spending time with friends and family. My interest in maternal health developed from my international work and I continue to be interested in global health and increasing maternal healthcare capacity in developing countries.

Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

Great! Felt like a person and not just a part of a job to do. Didn't feel rushed through. Very compassionate and professional.

I love Jen. She always seems like she cares.

The centering group has really helped me out so much with information and strengthening my bond with the staff.

Jen Taylor ordered an ultrasound for me, but no one informed me that I was supposed to drink water before going to it. The ultrasound technician also had some incorrect info, that I presume Jen gave her (but it could have been someone else), so I felt like I wasn't listended to carefully.

All good.
