Just a very highly efficient process. The only thing I'd say was to use less technical language - there was some confusion on what the procedure was doing but only because I didn't understand some of the medical terms.

I was basically told that I should have a procedure and that was the end of the conversation. Alternatives were not presented. I wish the positives and negatives, or possible consequences of the procedure was discussed and brought up by the provider. Simply asking me if I have questions isn't sufficient. The provider knows better than me what outcomes I could potentially expect. Just because I'm young doesn't mean I'm not concerned how a procedure like vein ablation might affect my life in the future.

I felt there was a problem with their scheduling - flexibility - very rigid especially during winter months and the traveling distances. I needed to adjust my appt. time and location and it was a struggle!
