Providence Centralia Hospital's Emergency Department is a Washington state Level IV designated trauma facility and serves as the base station for direction of pre-hospital care throughout Lewis County.
The Centralia ER features nearly 15,000 square feet and offers 22 private treatment rooms.
Our patient care staff includes physicians who are board certified in emergency medicine, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and emergency department technicians. This highly skilled medical team is experienced in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
Where you go for your care matters

very serious or life threatening problems.

- Coughing or vomiting blood
- Severe burns
- Deep cuts or bleeding that won’t stop
- Sudden blurred vision
- Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
- Sudden dizziness, weakness, or loss of
coordination or balance
- Numbness in the face, arm, or leg
- Sudden, severe headache
- High Fevers
- Any other condition you believe is life threatening
