Billing & Insurance
We will bill your insurance for all services provided at your appointment. Prior to starting you therapy session, the front desk staff will provide you with your insurance coverage and allotments, including estimated out of pocket costs. We accept most insurance plans, but some do require prior authorization from your primary care providers before starting services. In order for services to be covered by insurance, we will need to have a referral from a licensed independent practitioner. If you have questions or concerns about the financial commitment prior to starting treatment, please inform our staff as soon as possible. If you wish to apply for financial assistance, we would be happy to send you the necessary paperwork. We ask that you complete this paperwork and wait for acceptance prior to starting therapy if possible to guarantee your services will be covered or subsidized. However, we do not want to delay necessary or urgent services, so please speak with one of our front desk staff with any concerns.
