Providence Pharmacy Monroe
Providence Pharmacy Monroe is an in-house clinic pharmacy located within Providence Medical Group (PMG) Monroe in Monroe, Washington. PMG Monroe is a primary care clinic that houses family and internal medicine, pediatrics, and a variety of specialties including cardiology, orthopedics, general surgery, and OBGYN. It is the largest family doctor and specialty clinic in the area and also provides other services such as walk-in care, imaging, and lab services. The pharmacy has been providing drug therapy management and direct patient care services to the community of Monroe since 1981.
Providence Pharmacy Monroe shares a close relationship with Providence Regional Medical Center Everett (PRMCE) and is part of Providence Health & Services which operates dozens of hospitals across the Western United States. The clinic pharmacy is a professional outpatient pharmacy which also provides drug therapy management. Providence pharmacists utilize collaborative practice agreements that encompass many clinical services including anticoagulation, diabetes management, immunizations, and medication refill authorizations.
Training in Primary Care

Through our PGY-1 community residency program you will have the chance to develop the skills and experience needed to succeed in a community focused clinic pharmacy. Our unique training program takes advantage of the wide array of learning experiences within both the community pharmacy and outpatient clinic setting. Our clinic incorporates the patient-centered medical home model, providing you with the opportunity to be a part of a progressive pharmacy team in a major west coast health care system.
