Upcoming Caregiver Development Opportunities

Five different classes designed to improve your leadership skills are scheduled over the next several months. Here are the details:
Crucial Accountability for Leaders- September 3rd, 4th and 5th or December 3rd 4th and 5th in Renton; November 19th, 20th and 21st in Everett: This course gives participants a straightforward, step-by-step process for identifying and resolving performance gaps. It is meant for individuals who have not completed the Crucial Conversations class, or for individuals who completed Crucial Conversations more than 12 months ago. Crucial Accountability is a new course that takes the place of Crucial Confrontations.
Crucial Accountability for Leaders (with prerequisites) 1 day- August 26 in Renton: If you’ve completed Crucial Conversations within the last 14 months (from date completed to date taking Crucial Accountability one day), you are eligible to attend a condensed (one day) Crucial Accountability companion session instead of the full 3 day session.
Crucial Conversations for Leaders- beginning November 3rd in Renton; beginning September 30th in Everett: This is a three-day series of classes developed to help everyone in an organization learn how to identify when a conversation turns crucial and develop the skills to manage those conversations more effectively.
Emotional Intelligence for Leaders- November 4 in Renton: This popular one-day class improves your ability to understand and manage emotions in yourself and others and create a development plan to enhance your skills over time. This class includes a self-assessment as pre-work. Additional class planned for November 4. Sign up for a future date so you don’t miss this great opportunity.
Influencer for Leaders- September 24th and 25th at Swedish Cherry Hill: This is a two-day course for leaders that teaches proven strategies to drive rapid and sustainable behavior change in organizations. Influencer training is ideal for teams looking to overcome profound, persistent and resistant problems. This is a new training and the two dates offered this year are filling up quickly!
Personalysis Orientation- August 14 in Everett; July 24 in Renton; June 13 or September 23 in Spokane: This class, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., is open to all caregivers. If you would like to register for this class, you can do so in HealthStream. Please remember that you must complete the Personalysis Online Assessment before you attend an orientation class.
