Many touched and inspired from the Caroling at Colby event
Published December 28, 2015
Christmas caroling is a wondrous activity that brings people together to celebrate the holidays. Thanks to many Providence caregivers and volunteers, people all around our hospital were able to listen some holiday joy last Wednesday during the annual Caroling at Colby event.
Over 15 people showed up to help carol and the team was able to go to nearly every floor in D-wing. Darcy Quast, one of the carolers, said, "Many patients and co-workers were very excited to see us. We would take requests from the patients and sing it to them. Many of them cried. It was very heart warming."
We hope you all have had a Merry Christmas and happy holiday season with the ones you love. Thank you caregivers and volunteers for helping spread the joy around our hospital during this time of year.
