NWR welcomes new health improvement program for caregivers

CHIP (Complete Health Improvement Program) is a health and well-being program focused on teaching optimal healthy lifestyle choices for those with chronic conditions. More than just a diet and exercise program, CHIP offers nutritional information, education on managing health conditions, medical screenings, stress management strategies and group support. CHIP has been proven to lower cholesterol, depression, weight and blood pressure. To qualify for the program you must have a BMI over 30 and be diagnosed with diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol or heart disease.
