Conference Goals

The goal of the activity is designed to enhance the skills and performance of those providers who treat cardiac patients.  New scientific, best practices, treatment, tools and modalities in all areas of cardiovascular treatment and prevention will be presented.  The latest developments in treatment and translating that into clinical useful knowledge will also be presented in didactic lectures.

Target Audience

This course is intended for physicians and nurses as well as any other caregivers interested in the latest information in Cardiovascular Disease in WA, OR, AK, CA and ID.

Accreditation with Commendation

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of Swedish Medical Center and Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.  Swedish Medical Center is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

AMA PRA Category 1 Credits

Swedish Medical Center designates this live activity for a maximum of 7.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

AAFP Credit

Application for CME credits has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians.  Determination of credit is pending.
