March is National Nutrition Month

During the month of March, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics challenges everyone to make informed food choices and develop sound eating and physical habits. But changing your eating habits can be hard- especially if cooking isn't your forte. If you're looking for a new, simple, nutritious meal to add to your dinner table, check out the "Mindful Recipe How-To" table at either Colby or Pacific cafeterias to learn how to make a chicken and black bean quesadilla (samples included). 

  • Pacific Cafeteria: Friday, March 6 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Colby Cafeteria: Wednesday, March 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

We also will take the day of March 11 to recognize Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Day. Thank you RDNs for all you do to educate and keep our patients healthy!
