Oh baby! Pavilion reaches new births record
Published November 2, 2015
October was a very busy month for our caregivers in the Pavilion for Women & Children! On average, our labor and delivery caregivers help bring 12 babies into the world every day. On Oct. 8 they saw a slight increase to 16 babies, Oct. 9 brought in 24 babies and Oct. 10 they welcomed another 21 babies. That's nearly double the numbers they normally see! The month of Oct. ended with 418 babies born which averages to 13.5 babies per day.
Great job to all the caregivers who help care for patients and families on the labor and delivery floors in the Pavilion. Your hard work is recognized and appreciated!
