Celebrate Gayle Tjersland's retirement

November 30, 2015

Help us celebrate Gayle Tjersland and her retirement! Gayle started her journey at Providence in 1983 as a Medical Technologist in the Laboratory dividing her time between Hematology, Chemistry and Special Chemistry (Radioimmuno Assay) departments. For the last ten years, she has worked as one of our Point of Care Coordinators, primarily managing the glucose point of care testing program.

One of Gayle’s favorite things about working at PRMCE is the people she has partnered with inside as well as outside the lab. While not at work, Gayle partners with her husband, Dave, operating their produce stand, Pleasant Ridge Farm, near La Conner. Once retired, she will divide her time between the family produce stand, her grandkids, boating, fishing, crabbing, traveling, and reading.

Please join us Tuesday, December 1 from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. in the Rainier Conference Room in the MOB to celebrate her new journey called “Retirement”.
