Help to Quit Smoking
You’re ready to quit
Quitting tobacco use is one of the best things you can do for your overall health. You’ve heard all the reasons. You may have been thinking about it for a while. Maybe you’ve even tried to quit before. And now you’re ready to try again. But this time will be different. This time you’re committed, and you’re going to do it.
We’re ready to help
When you’re ready to quit, our smoking cessation program, The Stop Smoking Tool Shop, is ready to help you. For over 15 years, we’ve been helping people say goodbye to tobacco and hello to a healthier life. With the Stop Smoking Tool Shop, in four short weeks you can be tobacco free.
We have everything you need to be successful
We provide the information, motivation, and resources you’ll need to be successful. And since research suggests that any quitting method is more successful with group support classes, we include those, too!
We can tell you where you stand
If you’ve been smoking for a long time, you may be wondering about the health of your lungs right now, even if you’re ready to quit. Providence offers a low-cost Lung Cancer Screening exam that lets you know where you stand. The low-dose CT scan takes high-resolution pictures of the lungs, allowing detection of abnormal nodules within the lungs, long before they can be detected by traditional x-ray. The scan can reduce mortality due to lung cancer by finding it at its earliest stages, when it is most treatable, and offers the highest probability for a cure. For more information on our Lung Cancer Screening, call 425-297-LUNG.
