Neonatal Follow-up Clinic
The Neonatal Development Follow-up Clinic monitors and promotes the development of at-risk children, including those who are born premature, have low birth weight, have an identified condition that may lead to developmental delay, have birth defects, or have special care needs during the newborn period.
Screening, assessment and treatment is individualized to meet the specific needs of the child and family.
- Developmental screening and assessment at critical intervals throughout infancy and toddler-hood.
- Care coordination to provide family support and help access needed community services.
- Education regarding developmental milestones or stages.
- Activities and exercises to promote development.
