Providence DominiCare charges for its services on a sliding fee scale. The fee is set at the enrollment home visit and you will be billed monthly for our services. If you have VA benefits or a Long Term Care insurance policy or are eligible for Medicaid assistance, you may be eligible to receive our services at very little or no cost. As a part of Providence, we are delighted to be able to offer a special transitional rate for patients recently discharged from a Providence medical facility.
Most health care insurance plans do not cover our services. Medicare does not cover our services. Medicaid does cover our services. Long term care insurance policies sometimes do cover the services we provide. Please review your VA eligibility and benefits, Medicaid eligibility and Long Term Care Insurance policies / coverage – these can greatly reduce the cost of our services.
