A free, monthly grief support group for youth in grades K-12. Standing Together is facilitated by trained staff and volunteers and is designed to meet the unique needs of grieving children and teens. Additionally, there is an adult component that meets simultaneously to offer support and education for parents and caregivers. A free grief and bereavement camp for youth in grades K-12 who have experienced the death of a loved one. The camp experience consists of many traditional camp activities as well as memorial activities tailored to the unique needs of those who are grieving. School Crisis Team
The bereavement department is ready to assist school personnel. A team of pediatric and adult grief specialists can respond within 24-hours. Response is based on particular needs of students, staff and faculty.
