Our Pediatric Home Health program provides care to children who are recovering from an acute illness, for home post-operative care, for home instruction following a new diagnosis/treatment and rehabilitative services such as physical, occupational and speech therapies.
Services provided through the Carousel Program are available to infants and children up to 18 years of age. If needed, the program also includes pediatric palliative care hospice services for children suffering from life-limiting illnesses.
An interdisciplinary team works together to make sure each child’s needs are met.
