Providence Hospice of Seattle is a not-for-profit, community-based hospice ministry, serving seriously ill patients in all of King County, Washington including Vashon Island. We provide comprehensive and compassionate physical, emotional, and spiritual care to people nearing the end of their lives, including support for their families and friends.
“If only we had called you sooner...” is a comment we often hear from family members who have experienced the benefits of hospice care. Contact us as soon as you have questions or concerns about end-of-life care options. For more information, to make a referral, or to request a free consultation, please call us at (206) 320-4000 or (888) 782-4445. We promise to respond to your inquiry within one hour.
We are honored to participate in the We Honor Veterans Program, a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Our specially-trained staff and volunteers are prepared to meet the specific challenges veterans and their families face at the end of life. In addition, through this program we honor veterans with Recognition Pinning Ceremonies and we can arrange for veteran-to-veteran volunteers.
