Thank you for looking to Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services (PIPS) for your patient's home infusion needs. We strive to exceed expectations for ease of referral, quality care and customer service. Our patient information brochure will help you answer some FAQ's patients may have about home infusion care.
To refer a patient now you call our Western Washington intake team at 800-832-0319 or our Eastern Washington intake team at 800-365-4429. You can also e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
During business hours our Clinical Liaisons are also available to answer questions and facilitate your referral.
Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services (PIPS) provides home infusion services to Washington, Alaska, Idaho and Montana and can coordinate patient transfers to anywhere in the USA. In addition to being an Non-profit provider PIPS is fully accredited by The Joint Commission, a State Licensed Pharmacy and a State Licensed Home Health Agency.
PIPS is contracted with most major payors. Payor list. You can always e-mail email@example.com and ask one of our reimbursement specialists whether we are contracted with a provider who is not on our list. If we are not able to provide services, we will tell you who can.
PIPS subscribes to AllScripts and we are happy to meet with you and discuss e-mail or web-based referral submission processes.

PIPS Clinical Liaisons
Your PIPS Liaisons and intake team's objective is to facilitate the IV therapy admission process. Your PIPS liaison facilitates IV therapies according to your facilities needs. Some of the services they provide are:
- Receiving initial referral calls and fielding questions.
- Obtaining referral information for the PIPS intake team.
- Introducing services to patients choosing PIPS as their home IV provider.
- Meeting with hospitalized patients and care partners to answer questions.
- Coordinating start of services with PIPS intake team and RN scheduler
- Ongoing communication with Care Managers from when referral is received to patient discharge.
- Working with MD offices/Specialty Clinics as needed to facilitate office based referrals.
