Programs & Services
We have two main office locations and infusion pharmacies, one is in Renton, Washington and the other is in Spokane, Washington. In addition, we have several ambulatory suites in Western Washington and Spokane. Services are provided in King, Pierce, Snohomish and Thurston counties, as well as Eastern Washington, Alaska, Idaho and Montana.
Clinical pharmacists work closely with the patient’s physician and the infusion nurse and dietitian to coordinate care for all prescribed therapies. Our pharmacists have specialized experience working with patients in the areas of nutrition, infectious diseases, oncology and pain management.
Infusion Nursing Services
We complete a thorough patient assessment prior to initiating infusion therapy at home to ensure that the patient is an appropriate candidate for home services. Infusion nurses provide one-on-one training with patients and caregivers so they can self-administer infusion therapies and manage pumps and other specialized infusion equipment. Our infusion nurses are qualified for midline placements and IV catheter repair, and are available to the patient or caregiver at any time by phone should assistance be needed.
Five Ambulatory Suites, located throughout the Puget Sound and Spokane areas, provide specialty therapies and services to patients who are not home-bound.
Nutrition therapy to feed patients through a feeding tube (enteral nutrition) or an IV (total parenteral nutrition - TPN) is available. All enteral and TPN nutrition patients are monitored by a registered dietitian. The TPN interdisciplinary care team includes a pharmacist, dietitian, and nurse. Our dietitians complete nutritional assessments for all high-risk patients and provide education and teaching as required. Clinical staff are available 24/7.
We offer various therapies to our patients including total parenteral nutrition (TPN), IV antibiotics and antivirals, entera nutrition (Tube Feeding), and IV hydration.
