For 33 years, Sister Peter Claver was a leader, mentor and inpiration to many of us at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital, and in the Spokane community.
The Sister Peter Claver Award is presented each year to a person who exemplifies the mission, commitment and personal qualities of Sister Peter Claver. For 33 years, she was a leader, mentor and counsel to many of us at Sacred Heart, and in our community.
Just to be nominated is an extraordinary honor, recognition by peers that one reflects Sister Peter Claver’s inspiration by his or her faith, work and commitment to serve others. Nominees can be any living person residing in the Northwest, excluding current executives of Sacred Heart or the Sisters of Providence.
