Assisted Living Staff

Our assisted living staff is experienced, professional, compassionate and respectful. The team works with each resident individually and believes that care is best given with relationship and trust.

Our assisted living program staff includes:

  • Licensed nurses
  • Specially trained resident assistants 
  • social worker
  • Recreation coordinator
  • Experienced program managers
  • Spiritual care staff
  • Dietitian
  • Licensed and experienced administrator
  • Residents are also supported by a full complement of staff and volunteers of Providence Mount St. Vincent

Assisted Living Director

The Assisted Living Director is responsible for the management of the Assisted Living program which includes insuring the needs of residents are met and supervising the Assisted Living staff. The Director is also responsible for maintaining staffing levels and budgets, occupancy licensure requirements and quality management of the Assisted Living program.

Resident Care Coordinator

The Resident Care Coordinator helps with the care needs of each resident and supervises the resident assistance staff. The Resident Care Coordinator assures that resident needs are met and daily routines are supported.

Assisted Living Nurse

The Assisted Living Nurses provide treatments, medication administration, on going health assessment and consultations. Their primary focus is on preventative health care management provided in collaboration with the resident assistants and other support staff.

Social Worker

The Social Worker works closely with residents and their families to make sure that needs are being met and concerns are being addressed and can be an advocate for the resident when needed.

Many people find it helpful to talk to the Social Worker any time they are anxious, under stress, grieving, sad, lonely or facing challenges adjusting to life at The Mount. The Social Worker helps with insurance, Power of Attorney, POLST or Living Will documentation as well as concerns about billing and Medicare.

Spiritual Care Staff

Spiritual Care staff and chaplains are here to provide for resident spiritual needs, honoring each individual's desire for pastoral care and spiritual support. They are also here to help you feel at home, to let go of worries and anxieties and connect with your spiritual center. This team of dedicated specialists – both Catholic and of other denominations – make sure that the love and compassion set forth from the beginning by the Sisters of Providence is continued today and that all residents, regardless of religious affiliation are loved, nurtured and counseled.
