At Providence Medical Group Orthopedics Clinic in Spokane, Washington, we’re devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system, including surgery and other treatments of pain and injury related to hips and knees, shoulders and elbows, wrists and hands, joint and sports injury and tumors of the musculoskeletal system.
We’re dedicated to providing individual attention and the best care available, and making your visit as productive as possible—all in a comfortable and compassionate environment. We recognize that detailed attention to your needs is essential to making your visit with us a positive experience.
Your First Visit
Providence Orthopedics is conveniently located at 820 S. McClellan St, Suite 300, at the intersection of 9th and McClellan in Spokane. Free parking is available either directly behind our Medical Center Building, or in the Sacred Heart Doctors Building lot (you can access our clinics via the skywalk).
What to Bring
- Photo ID and insurance card
- Referral from your primary care physician (if required by your insurance plan)
- Co-payment (if required by your insurance plan)
- Full list of medications with dosages (including over-the-counter supplements)
- Detailed history of symptoms and treatments, including diagnostic imaging
- List of questions
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in and paperwork.
Most Health Plans Accepted
Providence Medical Group accepts most health plans. We bill most insurance plans directly. Be sure you understand what your insurance plan covers, so you aren’t surprised by unexpected charges. Please bring your insurance card to all appointments.
Co-pays are due at the time of service. If you aren’t covered by insurance, full payment is due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made.
