2018 Highlights

A Crater Lake ChristmasProvidence O’Christmas Trees raises over $1.5 million during the 34th annual three-day event benefiting PHCC ministries in King County.

Over 750 guests came to the Westin Seattle dressed to the nines to enjoy a delicious five-course meal, the “Naughty & Spice” signature cocktail, over 100 silent auction items, raffles, 31 live auction items and a beautiful testimonial by King 5’s Mimi Jung about her family’s experience with Providence Hospice of Seattle.

14 of the live auction items were designer-decorated Christmas Trees, one selling for a record $52,000. Not only did the “A Crater Lake Christmas” (pictured above) treeThe Little Drummer Boy fetch top dollar, it was also donated to Providence Mount St. Vincent for our residents and patients to enjoy. We are grateful to donors David & Sandy Sabey and Majdi and Dana Daher for their generosity!

Several generous guests purchased and donated a tree to other Providence Home and Community Care ministries to help spread the holiday cheer. “Harmony for All” tree was donated to Providence Heritage House at the Market, “A Christmas to Remember…” tree went to Providence ElderPlace, and “The Little Drummer Boy” tree (pictured right) was donated to the Providence Elizabeth House.

Thank you to the many caregivers who volunteered at the events and to everyone who attended as guests, we appreciate all of your support!
