Practical Skills for Labor
Designed for those who have already attended childbirth classes and want additional information and practice with coping techniques for labor. Highlights include: body awareness techniques, using patterned breathing effectively, labor positions, labor support if mom has an epidural, back labor techniques and second stage tips.
Sessions: One 2-hour session, 7 p.m.-9 p.m.
