Patient Ratings and Comments

The Patient Rating score is based on responses given during the CAHPS Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a 10-point scale, with 10 being the best score. These scores are then translated to a 5-point scale in order to display results in a 5-star rating. Comments are also gathered from the same survey and displayed in their entirety with the exception of any language that may be considered slander, libel or contain private health information, which will be removed prior to publishing the comments. These comments are the views and opinions of patients and are not endorsed by or necessarily reflect the views of Providence.

I received some very scary news about my pregnancy and was left with only questions and no answers that I am left to sit with until my next appointment I was referred to. I don't feel like my needs as a patient with anxiety and a now complicated pregnancy were addressed in a way that made the news I received very easy to handle.

They were very sensitive to my needs and were helpful with giving information.

he was great..listened well....answered questions perfectly...

The receptionist [...] was excellent. She needs a raise. She was highly empathetic & went out of her way to assist.

every time I come into this clinic I am treated very poorly by the providers. there has not been one provider there that has treated me with respect or empythized why we were there. every time I come into your urgent care clinic on Hawthorne I am treated poorly by the providers. they start off by questioning why I am not taking my children to their PCP and I let them know because I work long hours and it is not easy to get into their providers. I like your clinics because the hours are convenient and the rest of the staff is always very pleasant. I recommend you speaking with your providers. I believe it is their job to diagnose not to state their opinion on how I should raise my children.

Very knowledgeable - explained all aspects of our condition, eased our concerns.

very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome and safe

Good, just when scheduling gets behind, it's a little frustrating. It just depends on the day. I think my appointments were right after lunch, so I got in on time. But since moving them to 3pm appointments, they have been consistently 20-30 minutes behind schedule. I think they are probably over booking for the number of rooms they have available.
