Providence St. Peter Family Medicine Residency Program

The Providence St. Peter Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program and the newly accredited St Peter Family Medicine - Chehalis Rural Training Track are operated by Providence St. Peter Hospital and Providence Centralia Hospital in affiliation with the University of Washington Network of Family Medicine residencies.

We have two continuity clinic sites, each of which emphasizes care of a unique patient population.  Applicants can apply to one or both of the clinic sites.  Each site has its own match number.  We encourage applicants to apply to all of our sites depending on interest.

Our clinic sites are:

Providence St Peter Family Medicine Residency Program (NRMP Match Number - 3198120C0) - 21 total residents

St Peter Family Medicine Chehalis Rural Training Track (NRMP Match Number - 3198120C1) - 6 total residents

Affiliation with the University of Washington School of Medicine provides these programs with a crucial academic link. Close collaboration and program review with other residencies in the University of Washington Residency Network ensures the programs maintain high quality instruction and experience.
