Have an idea that could enhance patient care? Let Generosity Works help!
Published April 6, 2015
The Generosity Works program Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is a Providence General Foundation program that encourages departments to apply for grants twice a year for programs, equipment or initiatives that impact patient care. Applications can be up to $10,000 per project or initiative and are evaluated by the Generosity Works Steering Committee based on impact to patient care, sustainability, and availability of funds. The deadline for employees to request Generosity Works funding is April 30, 2015.
Funding for the grants will come primarily from the Providence Fund—a fund introduced during the 2013 “I Give” employee campaign. Donations into this fund have come from both grateful patients, and Providence caregivers (employees) who want to enhance the delivery of patient and family care at Providence.
All employees, contractors, physicians on active medical staff, and volunteers are eligible to champion grants with the approval of a department manager.
