Living Well at the End of Life: Advanced Care Planning
Published August 25, 2014
Organized by the Snohomish County Health Leadership Coalition, Living Well at the End of Life is geared for patients and families who are 65 years old or who are interested in learning more about end of life choices. Each two hour session is focused on palliative care and advanced planning, both things that require education and thought before deciding. As part of our commitment to provide quality care that honors each person’s preferences, Providence is happy to host upcoming advance care planning sessions.
