Accreditation with Commendation: These activities have been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of Swedish Medical Center and the Providence Regional Medical Center Everett for Continuing Medical Education. Swedish Medical Center is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
AAFP Credit: Application for CME credits with the American Academy of Family Physicians is submitted. Information about a specific conference’s accreditation with the AAFP is available by calling the Medical Education Department at 425.261.3690.
American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME.
Nursing Education Hours: The Medical Education Department collaborates with Nursing Education at PRMCE. PRMCE is an approved provider for Nursing Education Hours. Accreditation of courses by the California Board of Registered Nursing is always sought under PRMCE Nursing Education (Provider #13721). Information about a specific conference’s accreditation for CEUs is available by calling the Medical Education Department at 425.261.3690.
American Academy of Physician Assistants: American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) accepts certificates of participation for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME or recognized state medical society.
