Celebrate Linda Myrick's retirement

Published December 28, 2015

Help us celebrate Linda Myrick's retirement!

Linda began her career at PRMCE  in 2005, working in the outpatient education program, focused on insulin pumps and glucose sensor technology. When the outpatient program closed in 2011, Linda took on the inpatient education position. She won the Daisy Award in 2014, earned the first Distinguished Unit Award for the Diabetes Program and achieved PRIDE three times.

Linda is looking forward to joining her husband in gardening, greenhouse projects, and having time to sew—especially Quilts of Valor and Project Linus charity quilts.  They want to travel, and have plans for Mexico, Minnesota and the Midwest to see family, and many other locations on their wish list. Linda also plans to volunteer at the Arlington Elementary School or possibly Sarvey Animal Rescue.  She will also have time to do insulin pump training as opportunities arise.

Join us on Tuesday, Dec. 29 from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. in the 13th Street Conference Room as we celebrate Linda and her many contributions to Providence.
